I am constantly getting ballpoint pen marks on my clothes no matter how hard I try to be careful. I found a trick that works really well. Aerosal hair sprays will some ballpoint ink stains from clothing. Hold a rag under the fabric to blot the ink that comes through on the otherside, then aim and spray. You can also remove ballpoint ink stains by dabbing them with alcohol.
