Make your own sports drink

Basic Sport Drink Recipe:

1 package unsweetened fruit drink mix (flavoraide, koolaide, etc.)
2/3 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 quarts of water

Dissolve the salt and soda in a cup of the water. Put in mixing vessel. Add the flavor mix, sugar and the rest of the water. Mix thoroughly.

Great idea!! i think it is always good to make your own stuff and this drink looks simple and good. I am surely gonna give it a try. I am sure it is gonna be cheaper than the stuff in the market and also I can be sure about the ingredients… Thanks buddy!!
